Grow Your Soul

I had never written a song for my son Harry until now. I didn't want to write something fake or insincere so I was glad that when the time came, I was able to draw from my own experiences. It can be difficult growing up, trying to be what people expect you to be. Maybe you feel like you're pretending or maybe you don't know how you're supposed to feel. I wanted to communicate the few useful things I'd learnt as a fractious teenager, reinforce how proud of him I am and no matter what, he will always be loved.
